Polylabel.com is a Division of Cressman Consultants Limited. We have been in business for over 25 years. Our intention is to provide the highest possible value and quality to our customers by utilizing the internet to provide services and pricing not otherwise possible.
Polylabel is located in one of North America's fastest growing technology hubs, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. K-W is home to several major institutions such as the University of Waterloo and is the primary headquarters for Blackberry, both of whom are clients of ours.
We are often asked why our prices are so much lower than some of our competitors? Can our products and services be as good if they sell for less? These concerns aren’t surprising given that similar products from many of our competitors can be 3 times more expensive. For us, setting our lower pricing is a must and is based on several factors.
- We purchase high quality materials in bulk and pass the savings on to our customers. We primarily purchase our label materials from Flexcon U.S.A. and our durable full resin ink materials from IIMAK.
- We don't rent our building or equipment, we own them. This translates to lower operating costs for us and lower product and service costs for you.
- The internet plays a large part in our pricing as well. We do not pay for traditional advertising or for a marketing department. Our website helps us to attract new customers instead. You, our clients, take the time to find us rather than our paying someone to approach you.
- We diecut all our own label materials in house. We don't need to involve a third party to do this for us. We can cut labels in hundreds of shapes and sizes. The result is our customers get what they want for a price they can appreciate.
Our customers deserve credit for our pricing as well. Through the years we have been blessed with repeat business, word-of-mouth business and with new customers finding us via the internet. As our business continues to grow, we make sure to keep our focus on providing our customers with great value and quality.
Our approach may not be entirely unique, however, many companies do not follow through with their statements of quality and value. We, on the other hand, strive to conduct our business with these goals in mind. Fortunately, it seems to have worked for us because at last count we've had over 3,700 unique customers and repeat orders now accounts for 70% of our sales.
