We want your business, not just once but for repeat orders. In the event that you wish to return the product purchased on this website due to our errors or omissions or a defective product please contact us at our email address or by phone so we can correct the problem. Either a full refund or replacement of goods will be made, whichever you request.

Terms of Sale on Bar Code Scanners

All Scanners and Accessories are non-returnable unless they are defective. Please ensure that the scanner is suitable for the application you intend to use it for. If a return is approved, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returns within 15 days of receipt.

Permanent Adhesive

We caution that the adhesives used in most of our products is permanent in nature. After labels have cured in place they are very difficult to remove and will almost always leave an acrylic adhesive residue behind after removal.

Legal Notices

Having no control over the use of our products and since any product is open to misuse, under no circumstances will Polylabel be liable for any loss, expenses, actual or consequential damage to persons or property of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt or delivery of any product from Cressman Consultants Limited and its subsidiaries or affiliates; Polylabel.com and Aquagoggles.com.

Delivery

Subject to product availability, your product will be shipped within two working days.

Price and Payment Terms

For orders accepted on an invoiced basis net 30 day terms will be extended. This is from the date of shipment and invoicing and not on delivery.

Warranty

We make every effort to see that products are of high quality and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Our internet pricing is aggressive and does not allow us to offer extended warranty. Certainly any problem developing within 30 days will be corrected by us. Product problems after this initial 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis with adjustments made on a goodwill basis if at all.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Cressman Consultants Limited, Polylabel.com and Aquagoggles.com shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Cressman Consultants Limited, Polylabel.com or Aquagoggles.com shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Jurisdiction for handling disputes arising out of or in connection with our sale of goods.

In all cases disputes arising out of our sale of goods and the use to which they are put by the consumer/customer will be governed by Canadian Law and the Courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these rights.
